How it works

1. BOOK YOUR CLARITY CALL

This is where we check in, explore where you are in your journey and what you want to create through our services. If it feels like a good fit for both of us, we will explore what service or program would best suit your needs. Contact me here to schedule a time.

2. START YOUR PROGRAM

I offer a 1:1 coaching program based on a 3 or 6 month package designed to help you transform your relationship with stress and improve your wellbeing so you can experience peace and ease. 

​

3. WEEKLY CHECK-INS

With 1:1 coaching programs, I support you every step of the way with weekly calls and email support between. We have 1 call per week for approximately 60 minutes, 3 times per month. The 4th week of the month there is no coaching call allowing time for integration and rest. 

​

4. ENJOY THE RESULTS!

You will notice increased self awareness and connection as you move beyond limiting beliefs of who you are and what is possible. You will experience more calm, peace, and freedom from disempowering and critical thinking. As you express yourself more authentically you will also open to greater joy and connection with others. You will identify your idea of balance and wellness while creating clear goals and action steps. Life is going to get nourishing!
